I’m Duncan, Founder of On Targett Consulting.
I have 25+ years of HR and Commercial experience and in that time, I have worked in and led teams in Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, Sales, Marketing and Client Leadership, for a number of well-known organisations.
My career so far has seen me work in a variety of industry sectors including FMCG/CPG, SaaS, Apparel, Licensing, Data Analytics & Sports Technology.
In addition to working with teams that have stretched from Las Vegas to Melbourne, I have also worked extensively in the UK, France, Netherlands, Russia, USA and Canada and am a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and a Licensed Practitioner of Insights Discovery.
My passion is ensuring that all of the talent and talent-related processes in an organisation are aligned to the overall strategy and that the people in that organisation are truly it’s most valuable asset.
